A Houston man is facing misdemeanor and felony charges of poss cs pg 3 28-200 grams, possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) after being arrested on June 8, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Ryan Wulfjen, 28 years old, resides at 18200 Westfield Place. He was booked on June 9, 2011.
