Lawrence Kirk Taylor was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding and ffailure stop desig point, stop sig on June 24, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
