A Spring man was arrested and charged with failure to produce a driver's license on demand, 2 counts of driving with expired registration, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear on July 15, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
