A Houston man was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand, speeding and continuing violation of obligation by child now on July 16, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Joshua Simmons, 20 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 16, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 13875 Ella Blvd. #60.
