Robert Wayne Weaver was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, 0 to 2 ounces, 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, 2 counts of driving with expired registration, violating a promise to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and expired driverattendant driver's license on October 13, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
