Manuel Louis Mercadel was arrested on charges of fraud trans motor vehicle, making a terroristic threat, assault of a family member, poss marij 5 - 50 lbs., aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, viol. of protective order enh. and aggravated assault of a family member on November 9, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Mercadel, a 43 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 10, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 13702 Sablebend Ln.
