Sara Rodriguez was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving without a texas operator's license and driving with expired registration on August 26, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Rodriguez, a 28 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on August 27, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 150 Dominion Park.
