John Patrick Carr Jr was arrested on charges of weapon free school zone-proh w, driving with an invalid license, driving with expired registration, oper veh w, o license plates, 1 plat, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08) on September 2, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
