Christopher Earl Jordan was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving with expired registration, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Jordan is a 29 year old black male who lives at 15530 Ella Blvd in Houston.
