Benjamin Gabe Moulden was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams), possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) and driving while intoxicated 1st offense bac .08 on January 25, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
