Tonya Chenise White was arrested on charges of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), theft under $50 (under $20 by and driving with expired registration on December 27, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. White, a 37 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on December 28, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 1127 Tigris Lane.
