A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams), possession of marijuana, 0 to 2 ounces, ffailure stop desig point, stop sig and no texas operatorattendant driver's license on December 31, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Jeremy Ja 'Cole Lilley, 24 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 1, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 17133 Butte Creek.
