Antoine Christop Stewart was arrested on charges of 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of driving without a texas operator's license, driving with expired registration, failure to stop at the designated point and failure to attend school on January 28, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
