Montgomery County arrests, July 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on July 31:

Mark Douglass Atherly was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd. Atherly's address is listed as 2301 South Millbend, Spring, TX 77380.

Jeremiah Gene Barnes, of 28911 W. Pecos River Ct, Spring, TX 77386, was arrested on alleged charges of assault "c" family violence failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor).

Kathleen Kelly Brown, of 147 Low Country Lane, The Woodlands, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

In Hyug Choi, of 101 Hollow Tree Lane, Houston, TX 77090, was arrested on alleged charges of ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ and assault causing bodily injury.

James Johnat Donalson, of 24402 Sandusky Drive, Tomball, TX 77375, was arrested on alleged charges of public intoxication.
