Montgomery County arrests, Sept. 30

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Sept. 30:

Garrett Cole Benson was arrested on alleged charges of BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED and boating while intoxicated. Benson's address is listed as 4415 Rosebay, Houston, TX 77018.

Jennifer Lyn Blakeman was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony). Blakeman's address is listed as 29810 Geneva, Spring, TX 77386.

Allison Re Chancellor, of 3019 Robinhood, Houston, TX 77005, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Ruben James Coffey, of 3523 Shanemoss Court, Houston, TX 77068, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Rita Renee Correa, of 21 Mallard Glen, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

Roel Hernandez was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Hernandez's address is listed as 747 Gilpin, Houston, TX 77034.

Stephanie Jan Obrient, of 8530 Berwyn Drive, Houston, TX 77037, was arrested on alleged charges of FORGERY OF A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, forgery of a government document, FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING, failure to identify giving, FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO and false, fictitious information.

Nicholas Jeremy Oyler, of 7006 Trail Valley Way, Houston, TX 77086, was arrested on alleged charges of FAIL TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, failure to maintain financial responsibility, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, driving with an invalid license, FAILURE TO APPEAR CLASS C and failure to appear (Class C misdemeanor).

James Alexande Rankin, of 17610 Cali Drive, Houston Tx 77090, , was arrested on an alleged charge of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.
