A Spring man is facing misdemeanor and felony charges of driving with an invalid license, possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram), 2 counts of speeding, failure to produce a driver's license on demand and driving without a texas operator's license after being arrested on February 1, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Michael Paul Bogany, 34 years old, resides at 3203 Gerogia Pine D. He was booked on February 2, 2012.
