Montgomery County arrests, Feb. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Feb. 9:

Mario Morale Aguilera was arrested on an alleged charge of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams). Aguilera's address is listed as 8822 Kentshire, Houston, TX 77078.

Bret Alan Ashworth was arrested on an alleged charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence), judgement. Ashworth's address is listed as 9206 Melrose, Houston, TX 77022.

Ernesto Cerda was arrested on an alleged charge of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor. Cerda's address is listed as Greensville And, Houston, TX 77015.

Anthony Cortez was arrested on an alleged charge of interfering with an emergency call. Cortez's address is listed as 29807 N.Legends Village Circle, Spring, TX 77386.

Chau Minh Duong was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated. Duong's address is listed as 1202 Sabine Brook Way, Houston, TX 77073.

Zynishia Shunt Fluker, of 6255 W. Airport Blvd. #5a, Houston, TX 77035, was arrested on an alleged charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Derrick Reyna Foreman, of 3451 Tangle Brush, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on an alleged charge of motor vehicle misdemeanor.
