Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 26-Jan. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 26-Jan. 1:

Caney Nicole Baker, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Jan. 13. Her defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Baker was arrested on Jan. 1 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED** and *POSS MARIJ Asap Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Jan. 1.

The final judgment was on June 14.

Baker is described as a 5-foot-7, 190 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on March 15, 1985, in The Woodlands, Texas. Her last known address is 35203 Boulder Parks Court, Spring.

Olmer Chavez-Ramirez, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of filing a false report to a police officer or law enforcement employee, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is Samuel Beale.

Chavez-Ramirez was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Balzekas of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *FALSE REPRT TO PO /LAW ENFORCE EMPL*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Jan. 4. The bond was released on May 10. On May 10, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Chavez-Ramirez is described as a 5-foot-6, 160 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 5, 1987, in Minnesota. His last known address is 6815 Navidad, Houston.

Kennard Edward Denning, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 12. His defense attorney is Andrea Sadler.

Denning was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Wolfhagen of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Jan. 2.

The final judgment was on March 22.

Denning is described as a 5-foot-2, 135 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 2, 1987, in Texas. His last known address is 16222 Cutten Road, Houston.

Joe Munoz Jr., 40, plead Not Guilty to a charge of theft ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 3.

Munoz was arrested on Jan. 1 by the Montgomery County Police Department on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20

The case was dismissed on Jan. 7.

Munoz is described as a 6-foot-1, 189 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 10, 1971. His last known address is 5603 Treaschwig No M143, Spring.
