Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 9-15

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 9-15:

Jose Alfredo Leon, 34, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13.

Leon was arrested on Jan. 9 by Officer Ryan Simpson of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO* and *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

A-Fast Bail Bond Co posted a $500 bond on Jan. 10. The bond was released on Feb. 23. On Feb. 23, the defendant received a straight fine.

Leon is described as a 5-foot-5, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 23, 1978, in Minnesota. His last known address is 6616 Linde St., Houston.

Pedro Tax-Xiloj, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13.

Tax-Xiloj was arrested on Jan. 9 by Officer Teske of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

On Jan. 21, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Tax-Xiloj is described as a 5-foot-2, 130 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 15, 1989, in GT. His last known address is 25200 Ih 45 North, Spring.

David Allen Bollom, 49, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Bollom was arrested on Jan. 10 by Officer Gray J of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 11. The bond was released on Aug. 23.

On Aug. 23, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Bollom is described as a 5-foot-8, 145 white 1 with blond hair and hazel eyes. He was born on November 6, 1962, in Texas. His last known address is 15915 Kuykendahl Road #714, Houston.

Charley Daniel Dean, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 13. His defense attorney is Pattie Nolan.
