Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 20-26:

Michelle Leigh Elsner, 37, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on March 24. Her defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Elsner was arrested on March 20 by Officer Kenneth Kitchens of the MC SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT*. Police reported one victim and one witness.
