Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 3-9

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 3-9:

Kayla Jo Bone, 18, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on April 7. Her defense attorney is Michelle Finger Cantoni.

Bone was arrested on April 3 by Officer Doug Houstoun of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 4. The bond was released on Aug. 10.

On Aug. 10, the defendant received a straight fine.

Bryan Allen Hill, 53, was charged with 6701d-31 disregarding a traffic control device on Dec. 28. His defense attorney is James Beacham.

Hill was arrested on April 4 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DISREGARD TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE*.
