Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 22-28

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 22-28:

Dustin Allen Conant, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 25. His defense attorney is Joseph P Cannon.

Conant was arrested on May 22 by Officer Gary Fruge of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

Bustin Out Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on May 23. The bond was released on Sept. 14. The final judgment was on Sept. 14.

Aubry Fox, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on May 25. Her defense attorney is Stuart Hughes.

Fox was arrested on May 22 by Officer Clinton Clifton of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on May 27. The bond was released on Oct. 12.

On Oct. 12, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Sifredo Ernesto Gomez, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 25. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.
