Jose Ramirez Hernandez, 30, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 19. His defense attorney is Lawrence McCotter.

Hernandez was arrested on Aug. 4 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

On Aug. 5, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Daniel James Dombrowski, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 5. His defense attorney is Richard P Canlas.

Dombrowski was arrested on Aug. 2 by Officer Patrick Gallagher of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *RECKLESS DRIVING*.

On March 5, the case was deferred.

Dombrowski is described as a 6-foot-0, 210 white 1 with blond hair and green eyes. He was born on August 9, 1988. His last known address is 42 Latticeleaf Place, The Woodlands.
