The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 25-Oct. 1:

Jerry Stephen Bobinger Jr., 20, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 29. His defense attorney is E Bond. Tay.
