Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 23-29

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 23-29:

Chad Brandon Hawkins, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 27. His defense attorney is Dean Gehring.

Hawkins was arrested on Oct. 23 by Officer Williams C of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Oct. 23. The bond was released on Jan. 19. On Jan. 19, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
