Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 6-12:

Michael Angel Almirante, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 8. His defense attorney is Dustan Neyland.

Almirante was arrested on Nov. 6 by Officer Burleson D of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *POSS MARIJ Asap Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Nov. 7.

Jimmy Frank Escobar, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of racing on the highway, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Nov. 9. His defense attorney is Joe Wells.

Escobar was arrested on Nov. 6 by Officer Lopez E of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *RACING ON HIGHWAY*.

Carl Winston Gray, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of duty on striking a fixture or highway landscape (under $200), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 22.
