The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 1-7:

Antonio Reyes Benitez, 43, was charged with driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container 2nd on Jan. 12. His defense attorney is Todd Overstreet.
