Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 5-11

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 5-11:

Nicholas Lawrence Naumann, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Feb. 9.

Naumann was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Reece of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ

Naumann is described as a 6-foot-0, 180 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on September 28, 1993, in Texas. His last known address is 41 EaSt. WedgemereCircle, Spring.

Aaron Eugene Ridgeway, 30, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 8. His defense attorney is William Eric Harrison.

Ridgeway was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Elizabeth Hollan of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO* and *POSS MARIJ

On Feb. 10, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Ridgeway is described as a 5-foot-8, 155 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 12, 1981, in VA. His last known address is 1481 SawduSt. Road, Spring.

Brian Michael Schauer, 35, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 9.

Schauer was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Williams of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

On Feb. 10, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Taylor Hugh Tackett, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 9.
