A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, improperly pass emergency vehi, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear on January 9, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Terrence Demps, 24 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 9, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 300 Kirkstall.
