A Spring man was arrested and charged with poss of prohibited weapon, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, 2 counts of driving with expired registration, fail stop desig point, stop sig and 3 counts of violating a promise to appear on December 14, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Blake Anthony Monakino, 24 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on December 15, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 2310 Sun Spring Ct.
