Tarrence Knapper was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with expired registration, no texas operatorattendant driver's license, assault of a family member and violating a promise to appear on January 26, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Knapper, a 21 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 27, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 2610 Parkspring Lane.
