Dillara Quintel Chatham was arrested on charges of poss cs pg 2 1-4 grams, possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), drove across private property and violating a promise to appear on January 27, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Chatham, a 27 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 28, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She resides at 20323 Post Oak Hill.
