Robert Wayne Weaver was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) and possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) on February 25, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Weaver, a 27 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 26, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 6202 Sunny Gate.
