Chyvonne Simmons was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), failure to produce a driver's license on demand, turned right too wide, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear on March 17, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Simmons, a 24 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 18, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She resides at 1427 Plumwood.
