Kristen Lanae Douglas was arrested on charges of speeding, failure to change address on driver's license, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and violating a promise to appear on March 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Douglas, a 26 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 19, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 802 Misty Lea Lane.
