Larry Brandon Mckenney was arrested on charges of 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of driving with expired registration, reckless driving and driving without wearing a seat belt on April 7, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
