Jose Arnulfo Garzon was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker and driving with expired registration on April 20, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Garzon, a 48 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 21, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 17611 Bamwood.
