A Spring man was arrested and charged with driving with defective head lights, no texas operatorattendant driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear on April 21, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Jazston Jamal Brown, 20 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 22, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 23010 Cranberry Trail.
