Krystal Cleveland was arrested on charges of 2 counts of driving with an invalid license, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, ffailure to control speed, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear on April 21, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Cleveland, a 28 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 22, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 14619 Ella Blvd.
