Shamira Marie Simpson was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and violating a promise to appear, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Simpson is a 26 year old black female who lives at 15530 Ella Blvd in Houston.
