A Houston man was arrested and charged with theft between $500 and $1,500, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand and driving with expired registration on May 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Norman Edward Kizzee, 24 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 20, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 5326 Lynngate.
