Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 2-8:

Justin Abram Koch, 18, plead Not Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is Darin John Ray.

Koch was arrested on Jan. 2 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*.

Cash Bond posted a $750 bond on Jan. 2. The bond was released on May 9.

The case was dismissed on May 9.

Koch is described as a 6-foot-4, 180 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on July 28, 1993, in Saudi Arabia. His last known address is 39 WhiSt. lers Walks Place, Spring.



Louvasious Devon Moore, 36, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is Jarrod L Walker.

Moore was arrested on Jan. 2 by Officer Humphreys C of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Jan. 4. The bond was released on May 11.

Sharon Peterson Estevez, 45, plead Not Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury she was charged with on Jan. 10. Her defense attorney is Tyrone C Moncriffe.

Estevez was arrested on Jan. 3 by Officer M Evans of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ*. Police reported one victim.
