Montgomery County arrests, Dec. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 31:

Oluseye Feli Adesegun, of 2507 Pembrooke Springs, Spring, TX 77373, was arrested on alleged charges of theft to property ($20,000 to $100,000) and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information (less than 5).

Christopher Bl Cathey, of 25335 Budde Road Apt 636, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd.

Derek Alexande Dobler, of 42 Douvaine Ct, Spring, TX 77382, was arrested on alleged charges of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information (less than 5) and public intoxication.

Ryan Wayne Gaddis was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd and reckless driving. Gaddis's address is listed as 23214 Park Lane, Tomball, TX 77375.

Willie Robert Gibbs, of 126 Shawnee Ridge Creek, Spring, TX 77382, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

Francisco Hernandez, of 2101 Turner Drive, Houston, TX 77093, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and proh sub corr facil alcohol, drug, phone, tobacco.

Rachel Margar Johnson was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces). Johnson's address is listed as 15 Dragon Hill Place, The Woodlands, TX 77381.

Rodney Ne Koutahzadeh, of 101 E. Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77022, was arrested on alleged charges of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Lauren Eliza Ratcliff, of 3631 Fuller Bluff Drive, Spring, TX 77386, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated.

Chase Allen Roberts, of 12602 Mill Wheel Lane, Houston, TX 77070, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

Michael Edw Sherburne was arrested on alleged charges of motor vehicle misdemeanor, expired motor vehicle inspection sticker, miscellaneous (Class C misdemeanor), violating a promise to appear and speeding. Sherburne's address is listed as 5406 Susanna Lane, Spring, TX 77389.

William David Swick, of 9449 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77063, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd.

Robert Lynn Tomlinson, of 23958 Stella, Tomball, TX 77375, was arrested on alleged charges of theft to property ($1,500 to $20,000).

Juan Valencian Torres was arrested on alleged charges of displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration. Torres's address is listed as 8322 Pinecrest Drive #558, Spring, TX 77389.

Jason Brook Wilson, of 12820 Greenwood Forest Drive Apt 1523, Houston, TX 77066, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more).

Charity Marie Zettel, of 12420 Sawmill Road, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 2 (1 to 4 grams).

Charles Dean Rash in custody at Montgomery County Jail

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Charles Dean Rash was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 11:55 p.m. on Dec. 31.

Rash is described as a 39-year-old white male.

His address is listed as 11518 West Galwin, Houston, Texas 77018.

At 6:48 p.m. on Dec. 31, Michael Edward Sherburne was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Sherburne is described as a 20-year-old white male.

The alleged charges against him are listed as 4 counts of violating a promise to appear, 3 counts of miscellaneous ellaneous Class C, 3 counts of expublic intoxication red motor vehicle inspection sticker, motor vehicle misdemeanor and speeding.
