Spring woman, student plans wedding

Colin A. Caffey and Wendy Jo Bachmeyer applied for a marriage license yesterday with the Harris County Clerk's Office. 

Caffey, of Shenandoah, is a junior political science/pre-law major at Texas Lutheran University. Originally from Durham, N.C.

Bachmeyer, a Spring native, is a 2009 graduate of Windfern High School in Houston and is a student at the Lone Star College System. 

She plans to graduate in 2012.
