Spring man sued for car accident
A woman is suing a Spring man for injuries resulting from a car accident.
Martha Martinez filed suit in Harris County District Court on Sept. 24, claiming Justin Michael Anderson, of Spring, negligently operated his vehicle, causing a dangerous automobile accident which resulted in serious injuries.
According to the complaint, Martinez claims Anderson failed to drive in a single lane, changed lanes when unsafe, and failed to keep a proper lookout.
Martinez is being represented by Houston attorney Hugh J. Howerton. She is seeking damages for medical expenses and pain and suffering.
