Klein's Lin committed to NYU
Klein High School senior and Texas state ranked No. 55 boys tennis player Charles Lin has committed to play for New York University (NYU) next year.
“Charles is an amazing kid and hard worker who treats people with respect,” Lin’s year-round coach Ken Olivier commented.
Olivier is director of the Northgate Tennis Academy and was a four-time all-american at the University of Texas-Tyler where he obtained a final national collegiate ranking of No.1 in singles and doubles.
“He (Lin) has no ego and will practice with players of all skill-levels,” Olivier continued.
Tennis Recruiting Network has ranked Lin No. 583 nationally.
He is a Super-Champ 18 rated player and was a regional qualifier for Klein High School last season.
