HS girls basketball: Klein Collins defeats Spring
Klein Collins toppled Spring 66-57 in District 13-5A high school girls basketball action on Tuesday.
Klein Collins grabbed an 11-point halftime lead, and Spring never got closer than nine points.
The win lets Klein Collins end its season on a positive note, upping its record to 20-13 and 9-5 in district play.
Veja Hamilton had a big game with 19 points in the win.
The loss closes the season for Spring at 16-16 and 4-10 in district play.
Samantha Eden scored 17 points in the loss.
