HS boys basketball: Dekaney defeats Tomball
Dekaney defeated Tomball in District 13-5A hoops action on Tuesday.
The Wildcats won the game 74-72, moving to 26-5 overall and 12-0 in district games. Jalen Hughes, a junior forward, scored 27 points in the victory. Dekaney will visit Collins on Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped Tomball to 12-19 on the year and 2-10 in district games. Tyler Pavlas, a junior guard, scored 33 points in the defeat. Tomball will visit Oak on Friday at 7 p.m.
