Inspectors give local day care perfect score in health inspection
Harris County inspectors observed no problems with food preparation at a local day care center in its regular visit last month.
The Apple Tree School, located at 17127 Red Oak Drive, received a visit from health officials on Feb. 1. The inspectors gave the facility zero demerits. Apple Tree received the same score in August 2010.
