Third perfect food safety score for Cypress Creek Hospital

A hospital and long-term care facility in the Spring area recently received its third perfect score on Harris County food safety tests in a year.

The Cypress Creek Hospital, located at 17750 Cali Drive, was inspected by county officials on March 9. The inspectors' official report indicated no problems were observed while on site.

The hospital also received spotless reports in November 2010 and July 2010.
